This has been Day 3 of me using this - with packing and moving and working I don’t stop as often as I should while I work from home to grab this and work for 20 minutes. But it’s definitely a unique feeling having a little pulse/shock on your tongue. I find a do better with a lower setting for now, as I get use to it and use it more I plan to increase it and see where my tolerance is as well. Overall it’s very user friendly, easy set up and easy to clean. I end up cleaning mine and placing back into the container it arrived in. Looking forward to seeing the results and tracking if I begin to snoreles pun intended.

So I have just used the snorles for the first time. Took a bit of trial and error to figure out where and how to place it in my mouth. If too far forward I dribbled like crazy. Once figured out it felt right, stopped dribbling and was comfy to wear. Tried 20 mins on middle setting starting low intensity then moved up 3 to 4 bars. After 20 mins it feels like my tongue has had a workout!

How to use GenioFlex?
Use GenioFlex whenever you're awake. Simply place the mouthpiece under your tongue, turn on GenioFlex, adjust the mode and intensity, and it will release micro-currents to exercise your muscles.
*Please note, do not use this product after consuming stimulating drinks or foods such as coffee, black tea, or alcohol, as these can increase your sensitivity to the pulses and cause discomfort.
